Every engagement begins with a 14-day Composition Diagnostic and is led by the principal who scoped it. There is no delegation stack. The person in the room on day one is the person delivering outcomes on day ninety.

His operating footprint spans North America, LATAM, the EU, the UAE, GCC, and APAC. Inside QompoS, he leads Operations and Transaction Advisory & Financial Services, and holds operational responsibility on every engagement the firm scopes.

Technical depth across AI, embodied AI, humanoid robotics, IoT, immersive technologies, and Web3 infrastructure. Inside QompoS, AI Deployment is an operational capability, not a strategy function. Mike identifies the highest-leverage workflows inside a business, builds production systems that run in real conditions, and manages the organizational adoption that separates a running system from a shelved pilot. Founding board member of the Rutgers University CX Certification Program. Board experience at Creoplex and C2R. Curtis builds brand systems for businesses at inflection points: pre-transaction positioning, multi-site operational identity, and creative direction for AI-deployed products and emerging infrastructure businesses that are too complex for a traditional agency and too early for a holding company. Inside QompoS, Brand is a commercial capability, not a studio function.
